* Customizable labels in 2 design styles - Signature or Apothecary.
* All labels are printed to order and are printed on a WHITE polyester waterproof label. (Please note, that the Apothecary label is a design style and will come on a white label with black writing as shown in the listing picture. Black labels are not customizable.)
*There is a max of 2 lines of text, 10 character each line. Please make sure when specifying the personalization that you type it exactly as you would like it printed.

*Sometimes silicone ring slips out of lid track during shipping. Check to make sure it is fully in the white part of the inside of the lid if you are finding there is not an airtight seal.

*All orders are shipped within 5 - 7 business days of ordering.
*Orders are shipped through UPS (prefered) and USPS (occasional). Please make sure you provide a physical address, so we have the best option for getting your package there safely, quickly and most affordably.

If it is not quite what you were looking for, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund for your original purchase price less the shipping charges incurred for the initial delivery . The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging to qualify for a refund. Please make sure to read and follow the instructions in our return policy on our site fully before returning the item to us. We cannot accept returned items that do not have a return authorization number.If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or faulty, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. In such cases, please contact our customer support team at blushapothecaries@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving the item. Your inquiry must include a picture of the damaged item. We will provide you with the next steps on replacing your item.
